Steph is a 17-year veteran of the fitness industry, and she is one of the rare breeds of trainers that practices what she preaches. Steph is successful because her clients get and maintain their results. In an industry where people spend a lot of time focused on their bodies, Steph spends a lot of time helping people fix their mindset.

Kevin started as a District Attorney in Georgia before becoming an Air Force JAG. Kevin’s current assignment is as a Special Victim’s Counsel.During his time as both a DA and a JAG Officer, he has seen the worst of humanity. Kevin’s insight into moving forward in spite of seeing the people at the worst is the insight all veterans need.

Mitch started out as an associate producer for Larry King working On-Air Production and getting Larry King’s Coffee. Mitch later moved to the finance world with Merrill Lynch for 18 years. Mitch became a Senior VP before moving over to UBS. Mitch has now spent almost the last decade with UBS, where he is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management.

Mitch works with many high-profile individuals and has insight that most of us can only dream of.
